Noverant prides itself on bulding an LMS from the feedback and request from across its' client base. You have direct influence to the dirction and future of this product. If you have a suggestion for minor enhancement to an existing feature or page, or an entirely new concept, please share details of your ideas, indended use and the business value that will bring you. Noverant Support may have training or suggested workaround for your business need or referece a previous request already on the development roadmap.
Please provide in great detail the description of what you're looking for with the enhancement or feature. Examples: Requesting a new button to do ABC, please include a screenshot of the page and where the addition of the button should be placed.
Please provide the business logic behind the new feature/enhancement and explore the edge cases around that feature. Such as, who should have permission, does it behave differently in different situations, is it reportable, new users, inactive user etc.
The Noverant Support team works with Engineering to reviews application suggestions on a monthly basis and while this may seem like a longer wait to know if your suggestion will be published, we also are sure to look into a "workaround" for your suggestion in the meantime.
* If the application suggestion is approved and published, it will be rolled out in a Monthly Release to your Sandbox environment, allowing you time to review and communciate the change before Production environment.
